Polymate-111: Optimize Viscosity and Conserve Resin
Resin is usually the most expensive line item in a glue mix, and any of it that soaks into the veneer instead of staying at the glue line is wasted twice — once in cost and once in bond quality. Polymate-111 is a high-purity extender built to keep resin exactly where it does its job.
Added at a maximum of 4–5%, it rapidly builds the viscosity of the glue mixture and forms a physical barrier inside the adhesive matrix that resists over-penetration into porous veneers. The result is a fuller, more even glue line laid down with less resin.
For a mill running high volumes, that translates directly into a lower glue cost per square foot with no drop in adhesive performance — an easy, controllable lever on margin.
